Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Analyst
SCPa Works is seeking the services of a qualified Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Analyst to support ongoing mapping and analysis support in a workforce development context. The successful candidate or firm will provide technical GIS expertise, spatial data analysis, and map production to support current and upcoming projects. Specifically, projects will contribute to SCPa Works’ ongoing Community Access Point Strategy, a place-based approach to effective service delivery in the eight-county South Central region.

Contracted Services Agreement
The successful applicant(s) will be required to enter an agreement with SCPa Works in the form below titled “SCPa Works Example Contracted Services Agreement” to ensure compliance with the provisions of WIOA, its regulations, applicable laws and regulations promulgated by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and SCPa Works policies, which shall comprise the terms and conditions of the award.
