The PA CareerLink® South Central Region’s Business Services team specialists at SCPa actively work with area employers to build professional partnerships that benefit businesses’ bottom lines with staffing assistance, tax credits, on-the-job training, up-skilling, paid work experiences, apprenticeships, market data, business roundtables, and more.
PA CareerLink® South Central Region’s variety of programs train, counsel, and prepare our clients for employment that fits both their career goals and our business partners’ open positions.
The Business Services team strives to supply employers with needed talent and a skilled workforce—comprised of well-trained PA CareerLink® South Central Region clients. Our team meets with businesses across the South Central Pennsylvania Region to learn about their current and future workforce needs, send resumes of vetted candidates, and provide bonded or compensated on-the-job training and upskilling for candidates.
We work with a variety of diverse clients—including veterans, youth, workers 55+, and those re-entering the workforce—as well as a diverse range of businesses. We would love to meet with your business to discuss your workforce needs and how we can help.
