The PA CareerLink South Central Region®’s Business Services team specialists at SCPa actively work with area employers to build professional partnerships that benefit businesses’ bottom lines with staffing assistance, tax credits, on-the-job training, up-skilling, paid work experiences, apprenticeships, market data, business roundtables, and more.
PA CareerLink South Central Region®’s variety of programs train, counsel and prepare our clients for employment that fits both their career goals and our business partners’ open positions.
The Business Services team strives to supply employers with need talent and a skilled workforce—comprised of well-trained PA CareerLink South Central Region® clients. Our team meets with businesses across the South Central Pennsylvania Region to learn about their current and future workforce needs, send resumes of vetted candidates and provide bonded or compensated on-the-job training and upskilling for candidates.
All of our services are provided at no cost to employers.
