SCPa Works envisions a region where opportunity for prosperity and growth exists for all. Our mission is to unlock the human talent that drives the development of businesses and individuals.
We fund employment and training programs across our region that empower job seekers to obtain new skills and career opportunities, and allow businesses to build talent pipelines to help meet workforce demands. We operate six PA CareerLink® sites that serves tens of thousands of PA residents each year, and we invest nearly $14M each year into employment and training programs for youth and adults.
