Our mission is to unlock the human talent that drives the development of businesses and individuals. Utilizing the PA Department of Labor and Industry, SCPa Works is requesting quotes from qualified entities, organizations, or individuals to provide digital literacy services for justice-impacted individuals in York and Dauphin Counties. The objective of this project is to bridge the digital divide affecting justice-impacted individuals who often face barriers to accessing technology, thereby promoting digital equity and reducing recidivism rates. Working in collaboration with local community partners, the digital literacy initiative aims to equip participants with essential digital skills to enhance their prospects for sustainable employment. This will be achieved through a comprehensive curriculum, virtual reality career exploration, and leveraging intensive services available at PA CareerLink®.
