The Administrative Assistant position provides office support to include and manage the flow of data, reports, invoices and goals related to business facing workforce development initiatives and sector based partnerships for the South Central Workforce Development Board (SCPa Works) and its related programs. This position requires a high level of organization, detail oriented, time management and excellent customer service skills.

Marketing and Communications Strategist

The Marketing/Communication Strategist (MCS) will work with the organization’s leaders to conceptualize and define the organization’s brand identity and reputation, leading the development and execution of all communications activities, with an emphasis on tying strategic communications to SCPa Works’ program activities. The MCS will report to the Director of Strategic Initiatives, but will be expected to collaborate and work closely with colleagues across the organization, including the PA CareerLink® Site Administrators and Director of Programs.

Assistant Program Coordinator

This position is for the Assistant Program Coordinator for the Teacher in the Workforce grant, “Leadership Academy Honors Track”. This College and Career Awareness program for regional educators consists of four full-day programs to run in June 2019.

Duties of this administrative role include: organizing, planning, communication, promotion, logistic and meeting coordination, budget tracking, survey administration and analysis/compilation (pre and post-event), event materials coordination (including event program, promotional materials…), food arrangements, travel arrangements, processing stipends and vendor invoices, program development meetings, other tasks as requested.
