The WIOA comprehensive Local Plan outlines the vision of SCPa Works to build a region where opportunity for prosperity and growth exists for all, with a particular emphasis on how our regional strategies align with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Combined State Plan. Our mission is to unlock the human talent that drives the development of businesses and individuals. We accomplish this by building a network of business, economic development, and community partners to connect youth and adults to an economic pipeline stretching from education to job opportunities and beyond.
